Back at Winton Raceway for the first time since 2019. Was meant to be a double event weekend with the EXE track day on the Saturday used as practice for Honda nationals on the Sunday. Unfortunately 5 laps into the EXE day my left rear knuckle snapped and sent me off track.
Despite efforts to find a replacement and make competition day, I loaded a broken car onto the trailer to take home.
Here's my best lap and PB for Winton on lap 3, session 1 in a heavy car (half tank of fuel), scrubbing in new tyres and remembering the track. The car has way more in it so will have to fix it and get back to Winton asap!
