Notes:
Its been 20 months since I've been to this track, and it was the first time in the M2 today. Conditions were dry in the morning, then wet after lunch and got one dry session at the end. This was a couple of laps from this last session (Sess#7). I don't visit this track often, so I feel I always spend a few sessions re-learning the nuances. Felt clumsy all day, cleaned up what I could and picked up some pace along the way.
Turns 8 & 9: Trail braking along the curve of T8 (maybe a car width off the edge) and turning in late for the apex to minimise the car wanting to track to far to the right. This makes it easier to be track left for T9. Also, T9 appears to get bumpier every time I am here, but the trick appears to be to turn late for T9 to make the exit a bit straighter, though I only was able to do that a few times.
Turns 3a/3b: Late entry while trail braking for 3a to make the line to entry of 3b from the right. It's all about setting up for a strong exit out of 3b.
Turns 5a/5b: Brake and downshift going up the hill, quickly settle the front end, slight right and then a left for 5a. Stay a bit left and turn in a touch early to apex 5b with car lined up so it is a straight line to apex of 6.
